Pilates is a system of exercises using a special apparatus, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness. Pilates can be effective alone, or as an integrated part of a comprehensive workout program.

Combined with physical activity, your diet can help you to reach and maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic diseases (like heart disease and cancer), and promote your overall health.
I offer a variety of massage techniques for you to choose from. Your goals and purpose for your massage will help to guide the therapist in creating a wonderful experience for you.
Some of these techniques are: Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic, neuromuscular, trigger point, reflexology and hot stone massage. Your sessions are customized to fit your individual needs and goals.
You’ll learn and perform exercises to strengthen your back, hips, spine, neck, and knees. I’ll also integrate your Physical Therapist’s exercises into the program I create for you.
