Primary foods are your relationships, spirituality, finances, food and exercise, your core essentials that all influence your life as a whole.
Bio individuality is the unique dietary and nutritional needs of you as an individual.
Consuming whole foods, seasonal and regional (if possible) is the best!
Replacing the harmful foods with some new choices is much easier than all of a sudden eliminating bad habits in one fell swoop (that method is usually temporary, not life changing).
